Constant force springs are rolled from steel strips. Unlike conventional springs, they maintain nearly constant pulling force during extension. Usually made of stainless steel strip, they feature smooth retraction and long service life. Custom strip width, force rating and mounting styles are available. Widely used for retraction mechanisms, balance assemblies, windows, counterweights, Pilates accessories and various automated equipment. Avoid over-stretching to preserve stable performance
